There are a wide variety of GTA V weapons to choose from in the game. With a total of 30 weapons in the game’s Standard edition and additional 3 weapons available only in the Collectors and Special Editions, it is the most in any GTA game. The GTA 5 introduces a similar weapon wheel that was featured in earlier Rockstar games, the Max Payne 3 and Red Dead Redemption. The player can choose from 8 different slots within the weapon wheel where you can store pistols, rifles, explosives and other stuffs like parachutes. There is gun customization that are accessible via Ammu-Nation online that will offer additions including suppressors, silencers, flashlights, laser sights, and many more. A series of subcategories is available in the weapon wheel. Pressing left and right on the D-pad will cycle between additional individual weapons after scrolling with the weapon type you want. You will never lose the weapons as the wheel will store all weapons you collect, even if you get busted or they run out of ammo. Players can hold about 14 weapons.
GTA V Weapons Pistol .50
Designed by Magnum Research in the US, the Desert Eagle is a semi-automatic pistol with large-framed and gas-operated. MRI shifted the manufacturing contract to Saco Defense in Saco, Maine after the actual pistols were not manufactured by Israel Military Industries in 1995. These GTA V weapons design was refined and the Desert Eagle Pistol has been produced in the USA at MN facility, MRI's Pillager since 2009. In the middle of 2010, Kahr Arms picked up Magnum Research.
Machine Guns SMG
Based upon the Heckler & Koch MP5A5, This submachine gun is a fully automatic submachine gun chambered for the 9x19mm round. These GTA V weapons are capable of firing up to 800 rounds per minute. First introduced in GTA Vice City, the MP5 has been featured all over the series since then.
Assault Rifle
Based upon the Norinco Type 56 II, this assault rifle is a fully automatic assault rifle chambered for the 7.62x39mm round. These GTA V weapons are capable of firing up to 600 rounds per minute. A Chinese clone of the AK-47, the Norinco Type 56 II or the AK-47 debut in GTA III and has been bring out all over the series since.
Advanced Rifle
Based upon the IMI Tavor TAR-21, this assault rifle is a fully automatic assault rifle chambered for the 5.56x45mm round. These GTA V weapons are capable of firing up to 900 rounds per minute and are currently the standard assault rifle for the Israel Defense Forces. This advance riffle has not been seen before that it is a new addition to the GTA series.
