At E3 2013 Shigeru Miyamoto of Nintendo Trina and Bill showed the Bingo Battle Mode in Pikmin 3 in the gameplay video. When Bingo Battle Mode in Pikmin 3 is a multiplayer mode where two players compete against each other. Each player gets a bingo card on the screen are mapped to the fruit. The first player to collect all Früche horizontally or vertically, wins the round. Pikmin 3 will be played in multiplayer mode in the vertical split screen on the Wii U.
